May is Marvelous
Hello All,
We are all 3 doing well this spring. We have a few new gigs which we’ve posted on our tour schedule. We’re looking forward to being in E. Lansing (which is one of our absolute favorite places to pay this weekend.)
We discovered Ginger Martinis with friends last weekend. They are delicious, but deadly.
Here’s what we’re up to:
Grace is having a big birthday with a “0″ on the end this week. Whoo!
Connie is camping out with friends while her floors are being refinished.
Cheryl is making beautiful collages.
We sang on my back porch during a big rain storm last night. It was lovely.
More later.
Love,
Grace
Greetings to Grace, Connie and Cheryl
So nice to see more shows coming to a theater near your fans. The show in Downers Grove is a must see. A great theater and admission is free!!!! I read on the Tivoli web site that the popcorn is awesome! The Heritage Festival is fun all around with great food a car show on sunday and Great Entertainment. (plug over)
Happy birthday Grace!! Connie may your floors shine forever. Cheryl may your scissors stay sharp. (no running please)
HMMM Ginger Martinis and singing in the rain, where’s Fred?
Love to all, Mark
We saw you yesterday at the East Lansing Art Festival! Boy did that bring back memories of Michigan Fest many years ago! I was able to introduce your group to friends of mine that have never heard you before, and you have new fans!! Next time you come we’ll try to have warmer weather for you.
I just wanted to drop a quick note to wish Grace a happy birthday – I hope the day brought you everything you wished for! How was it, Grace? I’m facing the same “0″ birthday in August, and I know what I’d love – a live Chenille Sisters performance! Since it doesn’t look like there are any Iowa shows on the schedule, maybe I’ll try to road-trip to the Downers Grove show. Enjoy the summer – I hope to see the three of you sometime soon!!!
Once again we had a great time at Downers Grove. The weather was great and so was the music. Looking forward to our next event,(hopefully in Iowa)because I realized I don’t have one CD in my collection. Thanks for the fun!!! Linda
